In Need of Some Frugal Recipes?

If you are always on the look out for new, frugal recipes, you should head over to Frugal Upstate. Jenn has a fantastic series right now, complete with a Mr. Linky, where she and her readers share recipes with the core ingredient being one specific frugal recipe a week. So far, she has done posts for: eggs, tuna and beans. This week's focus is ground beef.

Be sure you check it out. It is a fantastic resource!

Thanks so much for mentioning the series. I really hope that it helps folks out in the months to come! I know that I'll be using all the great ideas to help my family stretch our budget-especially over the winter when heating prices are high.

A Grammatical Disclaimer

I freely admit to consistently using improper grammar in the following areas:
1. I like run-on sentences.
2. I have a tendency to end sentences with a pronoun. (I really do. I can't help it.)
3. I always seem to use passive voice in my sentences. (See?)

I've been trying to break this habit, unsuccessfully, for years, so now I just accept that as my writing style, and since I'm not writing for grades anymore, I embrace it. (Again, see?)

Hence, I invoke Blogger Artistic License for this blog!
