Menu Plan Monday - Week of 5/11
This week will be busy, but much less hectic than last week. Getting the kids' seasonal clothes switched out is at the top of my list, followed by some spring cleaning and decorating. I'm beyond ready to get the house scrubbed down and lightened up for summer.I'm also hoping to get some flowers planted and maybe getting a (late) start on a container garden.
I received some great tips on lunch ideas last week. Everybody but me seems to be okay with rotating through some simple lunch ideas, so I think I'm just going to start embracing that.

Okay, seriously... I wanna come live at your house. You always have such delicious and creative meals each week! I feel like I'm always cooking and eating the same boring things.
Your kids are really going to appreciate all you do when they're older with families of their own.
Hugs
What a conincidence....we're having moo shoo pork tonight too (w/rice and crab rangoon).
I bookmarked the page with the Rodeo Chicken Sandwiches. I know my husband will love those. Thanks for the link to the recipe.
I printed the rodeo chicken sandwiches! Love the menu... I am always looking for new recipes. I came through Org Junkie's Menu Plan Monday Linky. I can't wait to see what next week brings.

I'm hoping to purchase a container plant or two soon. We need some color at the front entrance of our store. It's a bit difficult since we also have to deal with the extreme heat in Vegas.
