Something Fun

I have had this saved on my computer for quite a while. I'm not even sure where it came from anymore. But, I just love it and I wanted to share. I know washing dishes is one of my least favorite chores (second after folding laundry) and I plan to someday print this out, frame it, and hang it by my sink. Sometimes little reminders of the big picture, and God's hand in our day-to-day lives, really help!

I absolutely LOVE the poem! My dishwasher's broken right now, so I've been washing by hand (complaining most of the time), but this really puts it in perspective. Thanks SO much for sharing this, Kate.

A Grammatical Disclaimer

I freely admit to consistently using improper grammar in the following areas:
1. I like run-on sentences.
2. I have a tendency to end sentences with a pronoun. (I really do. I can't help it.)
3. I always seem to use passive voice in my sentences. (See?)

I've been trying to break this habit, unsuccessfully, for years, so now I just accept that as my writing style, and since I'm not writing for grades anymore, I embrace it. (Again, see?)
