When you find a solution I would love to hear about it. :)Sonshinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04853563088171290394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14881033.post-54551761359723011862008-10-08T12:34:00.000-04:002008-10-08T12:34:00.000-04:00It can be very hard sometimes. Claire loves to say "duh!" and it is so funny, but I really don't want her saying it so much, I guess it depends on the circumstances, but as funny as it is, I try not to laugh.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16958981528207127681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14881033.post-11446542007253494532008-10-08T08:34:00.000-04:002008-10-08T08:34:00.000-04:00I could have copied and pasted that post. I can only be stern for about 2 seconds. So my advice is discipline and then run for it!
Blessings to you!
KimKim @ Homesteader's Hearthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03787975654863452911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14881033.post-67819894744692106732008-10-08T08:05:00.000-04:002008-10-08T08:05:00.000-04:00I find this so hard myself. My youngest, has the most hilarious expressions, and most of the time when my husband or I are saying "Look at me!" when trying to discipline, he will look everywhere but straight at us, all over the top of his glasses. Can you picture it? So hard to keep a straight face. I find the only way, is to not look directly at him myself. Or keep thinking "You are telling him off, you are telling him off!"Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14881033.post-44989491091473379682008-10-07T23:01:00.000-04:002008-10-07T23:01:00.000-04:00One of us tries our best to keep the stern look in...One of us tries our best to keep the stern look in place while the other hides face and laughs silently. Then when the first is about to burst, the second tries to control self long enough to get stern face in place.

It's an imperfect system. Sometimes we just have to laugh and then discuss later how it is not appropriate behavior.Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01381728512725033730noreply@blogger.com
